CIRCUS DIVISION technical manuals and certifications

All CIRCUS DIVISION aerial equipment is engineered and manufactured in Italy by PLAY S.r.l., compliant with Directive 2001/95/CE and certified to the European standard UNI EN 913:2019. Below are the complete technical manuals, with working loads, assembly and anchoring instructions, inspection intervals and safety warnings.

• Aerial silks

  Working load limit 150 daN, breaking load 1350 daN. 100% polyester, 160 cm wide (standard) or 130 cm (SLIM), including the formula to work out the silk length from the anchor height.

• Aerial silks hook

  Working load limit 170 daN, breaking load 1000 daN. Stainless steel core with silicone cover, 65 mm diameter, 630 g, rigged with a clove hitch.

• Ceiling anchor plate

  Working load limit 400 daN on the plate itself, dropping once installed to 250 daN in concrete with throughbolts and 200 daN in wood with screws. 6 mm galvanized steel, full fastener specifications.

• Aerial hoops

  Working load limit 170 daN, breaking load 1000 daN. Ø25 × 2.75 mm steel tube with double tube reinforcement, six diameters from 85 to 110 cm, single or double anchor.

• Free standing aerial rig

  Working load limit 400 daN, no welded parts, tool-free assembly. Three configurations TP420, TP560 and TP700 for heights of 4.20, 5.60 and 7.00 m.
