Shipping
Before payment it is useful to know what is included and what is not. The date shown at checkout is an estimate from the carrier, not a fixed appointment: it may move by a day, sometimes more, and it is not a date Play can guarantee to the minute.
The rule that causes the most uncertainty is the €50 threshold. It applies only to shipments within Italy. It is not a discount that also applies abroad merely because the cart has passed that amount. Outside Italy the cost is calculated at checkout from the address given, and the €50 threshold does not apply.
Italy, order up to €50
Delivery costs €5.90. The €50 is calculated on the goods, not including shipping: if the goods in the cart are €48, shipping is not yet free, even if adding €5.90 takes the total over €50. The amount is shown separately at checkout, before payment.
Italy, order over €50
Shipping is free. The goods count, not the total that already includes shipping. If an item is removed and the total falls below €50, the €5.90 appears again. Free shipping does not apply to addresses outside Italy.
Abroad, any amount
The cost is not a single price stated on this page. Checkout calculates it from the address, the weight, and the carrier. An order of €80 shipped to France or Germany does not become free because of the €50 threshold. Outside Italy that threshold does not apply.
Cash on delivery
Payment on delivery has a separate surcharge. It is not included in the €5.90 and it does not disappear when shipping is free. At checkout it appears as its own line. Cash on delivery is not available for every country: if it does not appear among the payment methods, it cannot be used for that address.
A person at the address
Shipment takes place after payment has arrived. The exception is cash on delivery, which is collected on delivery. The carrier calls at the address given in the order: a person who can receive the parcel is required. The parcel is not left outside the door as a rule. If no one is there, the carrier records an unsuccessful attempt.
Unsuccessful delivery attempt
If the carrier does not deliver because no one was present, or because the address is incomplete or wrong, the cost of that attempt remains charged to the person who placed the order. It is not a penalty from Play: it is the carrier's attempt, and it is charged to Play. Check the street number, postcode, and telephone number before confirming. A correct telephone number often allows the carrier to give notice of arrival.
Parcel damaged or incomplete on delivery
Before signing, check the box. If it is open, wet, or crushed, sign the transport document and add “CON RISERVA”. The wording records that the parcel is accepted and that it is not intact. Then send photographs of the parcel and of the contents, or of what is missing, at once to sales@playjuggling.com. Claims for missing or damaged goods are to be made within 14 days of receipt. Without the reservation and without photographs the carrier may reply that delivery was in order.
Collection in Lomagna, by appointment
Collection of the order in person is possible only by appointment: it is not a shop with open access. The address is Via Magenta 27, 23871 Lomagna (LC). The days are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:00. To arrange the time, call +39 039 5300351 or write to sales@playjuggling.com. No shipping charge applies on collection, because the parcel does not travel. Present an identity document and the order number.
Before confirming the order
Shipping still charged above €50
Check the country of the address. If it is not Italy, the charge is correct: the threshold does not apply. If the address is in Italy, check the total of the goods without the shipping line. The threshold uses that total, not the final total. If the goods are over €50 and shipping is still charged, write to sales@playjuggling.com before payment.
Cost of international shipping
The actual price appears at checkout, once the address is entered. This page cannot state a single figure, because the cost varies with the country and the weight. Enter the address, read the shipping line, and proceed to payment only then. Until payment has been made, the order does not leave.
Delivery date
It is not guaranteed. It is the estimate the carrier shows at checkout. A day's delay, a missed attempt, or a customs check moves it. If the goods are needed for a specific date, place the order with margin and, once the parcel has left, consult the tracking. The page Order tracking shows the position of the parcel. It does not turn the estimate into a commitment.
