Quality Control and LED Units Warranty Policy

We strive to ensure the highest quality for your light juggling props. For this reason, we would like to inform you that all LED units assembled on our POIs and glow balls are strictly and individually tested before shipping, to guarantee they work perfectly before leaving our warehouse.

Since these are electronic components used for juggling—and therefore naturally subject to repeated impacts, drops, and normal wear and tear during use—we have established the following guidelines for our after-sales support:

  • Within the first 30 days: Standard coverage. If you receive a defective product or experience early malfunctions not caused by improper use, please contact us immediately.

  • After 30 days from receipt: Since we cannot verify the specific conditions of use and the impacts the prop has endured over time, we can no longer be held responsible for any malfunctions. Once this period has passed, we will not be able to issue a refund or provide a free replacement of the item.

Our Discounted Replacement Program We know how important it is not to interrupt your practice. To support you, if your LED unit gets damaged or stops working after the 30-day period, we offer you the option to request a replacement component by paying 50% of the item's value. This way, you can restore your prop at a significantly reduced cost.
