Description

PLAY SMART TRAPEZE – Modular Static & Dance Trapeze Set

The PLAY SMART TRAPEZE is a complete, ready-to-hang aerial trapeze set that combines our innovative Trapeze Smart Bar with 2 PLAY Smart Rigging Ropes. By connecting the ropes directly through the bar's shackles, this modular system creates a neat, incredibly flexible setup with minimal exposure of hard metal parts. This clean profile—paired with quick installation and substantial cost savings—makes it a true game-changer and highly recommended for aerial schools, studios, and dance trapeze configurations.

What’s Included & Key Features:

• 1x Trapeze Smart Bar: Built with the exact same steel tubing used in traditional trapezes (25 mm outer diameter, 3 mm wall thickness), offering a familiar and solid feel while allowing you to easily inspect or swap components.

• Certified Heavy-Duty Shackles: The bar integrates two stainless steel shackles, each certified for a Breaking Load Limit (BLL) of 4,000 kg (approx. 3924 daN / 4000 daN nominal).

• 100% Anti-Loosening Safety: Each shackle is equipped with a specialized rubber O-ring that locks the screw pin in place, preventing it from loosening during dynamic movements or vibrations.

• 2x PLAY Smart Rigging Ropes: Connecting directly to the shackles without extra bulky hardware, their flexible design adapts smoothly to the body's lines during wraps and dynamic movements, enhancing both comfort and visual flow.
